Concept Validation in Enterprise Business

How can startups validate their product concept in enterprise businesses?
Consumer companies, to a certain extent can conduct focus group studies, ask friends and families; but what about startups in b2b domain?
The best way is to use it in your own enterprise, if you have one. Else, setting up a pilot with a company would be the way to go.
For B2B domain, concepts can be validated only with One-one discussions with the prospects and industry consultants. There are couple of guys building B2b communities ..for eg http://www.yuktee.com. This is a niche site for SME owners and it addresses their problems WITH SOLUTIONS through community participation. Doing a test marketing with the quick prototype definitely helps. I suggest hiring some B schools guys who are eager to do a start-up summer internship and make them go around to test your ideas.
