Usability testing is important, but you’ve got other things to do. In this video, Steve talks about informal usability testing and how the minimum of work can give you extraordinary results.
Steve Krug is one of the best and simple usability gurus to follow. Most of all, his advice is very simple, practical and quick to follow even for businesses that do not have too much money to spend on expensive usability testing. Plus Google Analytics now has built in A/B testing ever since they bought that Web Optimizer company and made it part of the Google Analytics package.
